As a child, Dagmar Kraemer dreamed of becoming a goldsmith. Although her career first led her into the fashion industry, her passion for jewellery never faded. After many years of experience across the fashion and jewellery sectors, she fulfilled her lifelong dream by founding fejn jewelry in 2019. Today, she combines her expertise with a clear vision: creating timeless, responsibly made jewellery for modern women who value both style and conscious choices.
What motivated you to join the RJC?
At fejn, responsibility has never been a trend—it has always been part of who we are. Joining the Responsible Jewellery Council was a natural next step because we wanted an independent way to demonstrate that our actions truly reflect our values.
For us, the certification is not just about meeting standards. It’s about continuously reviewing our processes, strengthening transparency across our supply chain, and holding ourselves accountable….
