The Plumb Club’s Got Talent
1,200 Plumb Club members and their guests enjoyed an evening of fine food and camaraderie. During the evening winners and finalists from the iconic television show “America’s Got Talent” wowed the audience with performances.Top names like the Dance group Iluminate, Comedian Tom Cotter and magician Mat Franco were featured. For the finale, Veronic, the internationally renowned headliner, delighted the guests with her more than 50 impersonations of current and classic entertainers.
While not part of the America’s Got Talent line up, one of the featured acts was a trio of speed painters that produced three 6 ft paintings in under 7 minutes. The paintings were of John Lennon, Derek Jeter and a tribute to America featuring our flag and a bald eagle. Following this act, an auction took place that raised over $50,000 for Fisher House, a #1 ranked national charity that supports our wounded veterans and families in their time of need.
