Keeping Up with the Evolving Consumer

The Plumb Club created an exciting webinar that took place on April 9th, 2013.  In this webinar we examined today’s changing consumer, shifts in demographics, and how jewelers can meet their customers’ evolving wants and needs. Luxury market consultants Pam Danziger of Unity Marketing, Kate Peterson of Performance Concepts, and Martin Hurwitz for MVI Marketing profiled consumers in the context of gender, generation, and affluence and also examined how our 24/7 lifestyle impacts consumer behavior. Participants walked away with practical knowledge and suggestions they can implement to get to know their customers better and more effectively reach them, while attracting new ones.

Pamela N. Danziger is an internationally recognized expert specializing in consumer insights for marketers targeting the affluent consumer segment.  She is president of Unity Marketing, a boutique marketing consulting firm she founded in 1992 in Stevens, Pennsylvania.
